TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Welcome

GameFeed ("GameFeed", "we", "us") is a social feed for indie game developers to share builds, clips, and screenshots and receive feedback. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GameFeed.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameFeed (or the minimum age required in your country). Some content may be restricted to users who have confirmed they are 18+. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the screenshots, clips, art, code references, game info, and other material you post ("Your Content"). By posting, you grant GameFeed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service (including showing it in feeds, search results, embeds, social previews, and press kits).

You confirm you have the rights to post Your Content and that it does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property or privacy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal content, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or threats.
• Post sexually explicit content involving minors. Adult NSFW content must be properly tagged.
• Post content you do not have rights to (stolen assets, leaked builds, etc.).
• Spam, manipulate metrics, or attempt to deceive other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the service.
• Use GameFeed for fraud, malware distribution, or to violate any law.

We may remove content or accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

5. Paid plans

GameFeed offers paid Premium plans billed through Stripe. Prices, features, and storage limits are described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.

Promotional offers (such as introductory free trials) are subject to additional terms shown at signup. Trials require a valid payment method and convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

If you downgrade to a free plan while using more storage than the free tier allows, your account will enter a read-only state for new uploads until you reduce storage or upgrade again. Existing content remains accessible.

6. Third-party services

GameFeed uses third-party services to operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), Supabase (hosting and storage), and Cloudflare (CDN and edge runtime). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms.

7. Service availability

We work to keep GameFeed running but provide the service on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameFeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, Your Content may be removed, although some data may persist in backups for a limited period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via the site. Continued use of GameFeed after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
